Dear users, the Complaints Book is exclusively for dissatisfaction or disagreement of the user regarding a service provided by Istalla Trek. The fields presented are mandatory in order to submit your complaint.

  • I declare to be the holder of the service and accept the content of this form, stating under oath the truthfulness of the described facts.
  • The formulation of the complaint does not prevent resorting to other dispute resolution mechanisms, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
  • Istalla Trek must respond to the complaint within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days, which cannot be extended.
  • We inform you that, for the purpose of properly processing your complaint, your data will be collected in our customer database. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and under security measures, and will be stored for the time necessary to assist you.
